Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead digital transformation initiatives and guide SAP TM programs from strategy planning through execution for U.S. Federal/DoD and regulated customers.
  • •Drive Intelligent Enterprise transformation, including SAP Business AI strategy and adoption across S/4HANA and BTP with AI use case roadmaps.
  • •Support pre-sales and delivery activities, including solution reviews, feasibility studies, and escalated project support.
  • •Design end-to-end transportation solution architecture across SAP TM, ERP/S/4HANA logistics, EWM, GTS, and third-party logistics systems.
  • •Mentor business process consultants and contribute to architecture standards, best practices, and lessons learned across customer engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • •10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including 8+ years focused on SAP Transportation Management.
  • •Lead or play a key role in 5+ full lifecycle SAP TM implementations from blueprint/design through hyper-care.
  • •Strong understanding of SAP TM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA logistics solutions (SD, MM, LE).
  • •Experience with transportation planning approaches and transportation cost/charge calculation, including freight order lifecycle, tendering, and carrier management.
