Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design process across pre-concept, concept, schematic, technical design, and delivery phases to maintain consistent design direction.
  • •Develop design narratives and visuals (mood boards, diagrams, spatial compositions, and 3D models) aligned with client expectations and WSP standards.
  • •Take full ownership of aquatic and wellness project technical delivery, including analysis and resolution of complex technical challenges.
  • •Uphold QA/QC across the design lifecycle, ensuring documentation and models meet relevant international and local codes and best practices.
  • •Supervise and mentor junior designers and BIM/production staff, manage workflows and timelines, and support the transition to end-to-end India-led delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
  • •Minimum 12–15+ years of progressive experience designing and delivering aquatic and wellness projects (swimming pools, water features, spa environments).
  • •Experience across both design and technical delivery, including documentation, coordination, QA/QC, and construction support.
  • •Proven consulting or design-build experience with exposure to international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Advanced proficiency with 2D/3D design and BIM workflows (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, BIM360).
