Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite and remote desktop support to all Dash personnel
  • •Own and manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices (procurement, configuration, deployment, patching, monitoring, inventory management, and secure disposal)
  • •Implement and enforce technical controls for endpoints in alignment with security policies and regulatory standards
  • •Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across third-party applications
  • •Assist Security team with audits, remediation efforts, and security-related initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in desktop support and endpoint administration
