Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional technical responses for Eaton UPS and data center solution offerings for CPS Hongkong & Macau sales.
  • •Deliver pre-sales technical support for customer applications across UPS systems, power distribution, cooling, and related PQ products.
  • •Interface with PLM, R&D, HK PMO, HK Service, customers, sales staff, consultants, and contractors to support requirements.
  • •Review orders and customer requirements, recommend best cost-effective configurations, and prepare solution and bidding documents.
  • •Act as PM to oversee UPS/electrical product installation and implementation onsite, ensuring project completion by the pre-defined deadline.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Service, or Electrical system automation (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum eight years of project or engineering experience supporting UPS, power distribution systems, and cooling.
  • •Practical onsite experience applying or supporting UPS, power distribution systems, and cooling.
  • •Knowledge of power distribution in data centers, plus electrical installation methods, practices, and HK Electrical Regulation.
  • •Ability to make technical proposal presentations and communicate verbally and in writing in English and Cantonese; CAD experience preferred.
