Banking Center Relationship Banker 1

Provide customer service and sales support for banking center clients by processing financial transactions and conducting needs-based conversations to build and deepen relationships. Help execute sales, retention, and growth initiatives to achieve individual and team sales, service, and operations goals. Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies, and support branch audits. Also supervise, coach, and onboard fellow relationship bankers as needed.
