Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead small cross-functional teams of engineers to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  • •Hands-on development of one or more of Typescript, React, and Elixir; own the software architecture top-down for the team’s functional area.
  • •Champion the adoption of AI technologies to accelerate delivery and raise engineering standards.
  • •Conduct code reviews and ensure the team ships complete features with quality code.
  • •Mentor and hire within the engineering team and adapt to a fast-moving, startup environment.
