Job Summary

Maintain and repair customer and company equipment across pumps, power, and HVAC systems at a Menomonee Falls rental facility. Use the T3 platform to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, diagnose root causes, order parts, and complete electronic documentation. Troubleshoot failures in the shop and on-site, assist with setup and operation, support training for lower-level technicians, and follow OSHA-safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining power, pump, and HVAC equipment.
•Use T3 technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues.
•Travel to customer job sites when required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs for equipment including generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, handle repairs, and assist with setting up and operating equipment.
•Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed and assist with training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

•Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools, with a requirement to own tools applicable to the position.
•Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
•Ability to calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read schematics.
•Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
•A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; EPA 608 certification is preferred and can be obtained within 6–12 months.
