Senior Account Manager responsible for managing a UAE portfolio, driving sales growth through defined account strategies, forecasting, and channel partnerships. Leads vendor relations, expands existing channels, analyzes data to identify opportunities, and oversees the full sales cycle from quotation to collection using Salesforce CRM to deliver long-term revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and implement the account strategies and roadmap of the assigned portfolio in coordination and alignment with the management team.
•Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and targets in line with business objectives.
•Lead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategy.
•Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales and establish new opportunities.
•Oversee the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in a Managed Services environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
•Must come from a Managed Services background with established UAE Enterprise accounts.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong vendor relations experience.
•Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and maintaining a channel/customer database.
