Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the delivery of pilot training programs in accordance with ATO Standards Committee standards and applicable EASA, UKCAA, and QCAA regulations.
  • •Ensure training programs comply with EASA, UKCAA, and QCAA Part-FCL and Part-ORA requirements.
  • •Maintain and update training and operations manuals to reflect regulatory changes, and develop/standardize training syllabi.
  • •Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and student performance outcomes.
  • •Supervise and assess flight instructors and examiners, implement quality assurance processes, conduct internal audits, and partner with Safety Management to integrate safety into training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5–8 years of experience in flight training, plus 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of EASA and UKCAA Part-FCL and Part-ORA requirements (including associated AMC/GM).
  • •Valid EASA Flight Instructor Certificate with instructional experience across multiple license and rating levels, plus a valid EASA Medical Certificate (First-Class privileges).
  • •Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or ATPL with specified ratings, a valid FAA Certified Flight Instructor Certificate with specified ratings, and a valid FAA Medical Certificate (at least Second-Class privileges).
