Key Responsibilities

  • •Manufacture the right product using batch card raw materials, optimizing yield by maintaining batch cycle time.
  • •Perform basic maintenance of equipment and support autonomous maintenance to keep assets in healthy condition.
  • •Lead shift toolbox meetings and delegate responsibilities to ensure safe and quality production.
  • •Maintain clean shop floor and production area, monitor productivity, and ensure proper environmental and disposal norms.
  • •Maintain production records (logbooks, weighment registers, labeling registers, calibrations) and handle shift-to-shift issue and breakdown reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •B.SC or Diploma in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical with 2–5 years of production experience.
  • •Knowledge of production process and batch execution to ensure right product and optimum yield.
  • •Ability to handle manpower for shift execution of daily work.
  • •Knowledge of safety rules for production activities and compliance with safety/health procedures.
  • •Basic maintenance of equipment and knowledge of autonomous maintenance.
