Key Responsibilities

  • •Define accuracy targets, build the evaluation harness, and drive generative/agentic systems to evidenced thresholds.
  • •Set governance, risk, and security guardrails before build and keep them current as the system evolves.
  • •Embed human-in-the-loop safeguards and feedback loops that improve performance after release.
  • •Establish evidence and release gates for prototype-to-production readiness.
  • •Design adoption/change approach to build confidence, drive active usage post go-live, and support board/executive confidence with governance frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption.
  • •Strong capability in at least two of: AI governance/model risk/security/responsible AI/adoption, with a credible path into the third.
  • •Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems.
  • •Working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment relevant to their market.
  • •Practical change and enablement capability with technical audiences and frontline users.
