Job Summary

Manage and grow long-term, profitable relationships with small business clients with annual gross sales of $0–10M. Prospect, consult, and execute the One Bank sales approach with product partners to deliver tailored solutions across loans, deposits, and treasury management. Maintain credit and risk accountability, track activity and pipeline in CRM, and coordinate client-facing credit support. Coach junior relationship managers and represent the sales leadership as needed.

•Develop qualified client prospects using referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence.
•Partner with product teams to create tailored relationship strategies and cross-sell applicable banking products and services.
•Conduct relationship strategy and review meetings with product partners, including pre-call planning and post-call follow up.
•Monitor client financial performance and industry trends to ensure credit exposure is within acceptable risk and appropriately priced.
•Use CRM for client activity tracking, call reports, and pipeline management; coordinate client-facing credit support as needed.

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent work experience).
•5+ years of sales experience, with preferred 5+ years managing business banking or commercial relationships.
•Formalized credit training or equivalent credit risk experience; underwriting experience preferred.
•Proven ability to build new and existing client business while delivering a strong client experience.
•Strong business acumen, including analysis of financial statements and knowledge of advanced accounting principles.
