Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the target architecture and roadmap for IAM and AI-enabled platforms aligned with Zero Trust, privacy, security, and responsible AI.
  • •Architect identity, lifecycle, credential, authorization, delegation, governance, audit, and threat-detection capabilities for human and non-human identities.
  • •Design agentic AI systems for secure, multi-step workflows with bounded autonomy, traceability, and enterprise-grade quality, security, privacy, and compliance.
  • •Define guardrails for agent identity and runtime safety, including least privilege, human approval, tool access, isolation, observability, auditability, and safe failure.
  • •Lead AI-native engineering and govern AI-assisted development through approved-tool controls, data protection, output validation, secure review, provenance, and traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years designing and delivering complex software platforms with substantial architecture and technical leadership across cross-functional delivery.
  • •7+ years in IAM for customer/workforce identity, including federation, SSO, MFA, passwordless access, lifecycle governance, privileged access, and fine-grained authorization.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI solutions with planning, tool invocation, retrieval/context/memory, multi-step workflows, and human/policy controls.
  • •Hands-on, day-to-day use of AI coding agents for repository analysis, implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, reviews, documentation, and delivery automation.
  • •Strong generative/agentic AI knowledge plus experience governing AI-generated code via human review, automated testing, security scanning, secrets/dependency checks, provenance, and auditability.
