Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist account teams with answering client administrative questions (e.g., ID cards, claim processing, membership, general benefits information).

  • •Compile and input data into spreadsheets and support proposals and insurance plan analyses.
  • •Create and maintain client files, client data, and calendars; assemble enrollment materials and prepare meeting materials.
