Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn demand planning forecasts into per-tranche requirements (shape, interconnect, region, supporting resources, date) for sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews.
  • •Qualify tranches for deliverability before signature by assessing whether requirements can land schedulable, healthy, and instrumented for the region/date.
  • •Close the delivery loop by tracking forecast-versus-delivered variance per tranche and feeding it back to demand planning for next-contract improvements.
  • •Define and operationalize the canonical contract-to-occupied state machine with clear entry/exit criteria and make it a first-class object in the capacity data layer.
  • •Run parallel bring-ups across new cloud regions, on-prem sites, and neocloud blocks; drive readiness automation and publish portfolio metrics (time-to-occupied, paid-idle dollars).

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver large-scale infrastructure at multi-region scale or at least 10k accelerators/CPU/storage equivalent, including accelerator clusters, HPC systems, or bare-metal fleets.
  • •Have technical breadth across cluster orchestration and node health, plus sufficient understanding of telemetry/planning tables to debug discrepancies.
  • •Use SQL and enough Python to answer questions and build reporting.
  • •Hold a technical degree or demonstrate equivalent engineering track record.
  • •Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience).
