Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end commercial loan boarding operations, managing team capacity and workflow to meet SLAs and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee end-to-end loan boarding, including team capacity, performance, and workflow distribution to ensure timely, accurate booking aligned to SLAs and quality standards.
•Enforce a control environment by ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
•Oversee quality review to identify trends, reduce defects, and minimize downstream risk; resolve escalations and improve documentation quality.
•Monitor and report key performance metrics (e.g., SLA adherence, quality, productivity, error rates) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
•Manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions, setting goals, providing feedback, and building team accountability through training and knowledge resources.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•9–13 years of experience in banking, commercial lending, loan servicing, or financial operations.
•2–4 years of people-management experience leading operational teams.
•Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and the products/services supported by assigned areas.
•Understanding of applicable federal and state laws and regulations relevant to the role.
