Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on procurement and commercial strategies, including vendor prequalification, proposal assessment, bid leveling, contract recommendations, and interview/appointment processes.
  • •Lead estimating services across project phases by developing estimates for construction, fees, direct work, and other project costs.
  • •Review and present cost plans, value engineering recommendations, and risk assessments; challenge contractor, supplier, and vendor costs using benchmark data.
  • •Manage cost reporting and forecasting by establishing reporting schedules, preparing cost reports, reviewing budgets and spend forecasts, and maintaining commercial risk registers.
  • •Lead final account negotiations, post-contract audits, and account closeout, including payment application reviews, entitlement assessments, change order evaluations, and dispute resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related construction field.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within construction.
  • •Experience supporting medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical and/or data centers, industrial, healthcare, and/or commercial real estate.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement strategies, value management, value engineering, and commercial risk management.
  • •Experience preparing estimates, managing change control, cost forecasting, and final account settlements.
