Key Responsibilities

  • •Create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and other transaction materials.
  • •Develop an in-depth understanding of investment banking products and services.
  • •Conduct industry and market research.
  • •Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial performance and assist in valuation model preparation.
  • •Support client/prospect/partner relationship development and assist in management and mentoring of Analysts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a 2-year MBA expected by July 2027 or earlier.
  • •At least 1 year of Corporate & Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory experience.
  • •Financial modeling experience, including DCF and LBO valuations.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills, plus knowledge of general accounting and finance principles.
  • •Strong written and oral presentation skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
