Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-functional team to execute release of new products and ensure successful return on investment
  • •Plan projects from Assess Opportunity through Release to Market and manage within budget
  • •Provide clear direction to internal and external support organizations, including fabrication, assembly, and test sites
  • •Maintain up-to-date project schedules and complete qualification and reliability planning/execution
  • •Coordinate material logistics and interact with customers on project status, milestones, and deliverables

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering degree
  • •Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher
  • •Interest in managing complex projects
  • •Dealing with ambiguity and complexity while driving a process/project forward
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
