Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide BTS designs for telecommunications systems and electronic safety & security systems.
  • •Lead a team of consultants to deliver projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources and drawing production.
  • •Coordinate with clients to gather and document system and design requirements; create design narratives and coordinated construction documents.
  • •Manage project fee/budget responsibility and oversee technical staff and drawing production staffing to complete deliverables.
  • •Support construction administration by coordinating meetings, reviewing technology submittals and RFIs, and performing site surveys and quality checks.

Key Requirements

  • •RCDD industry certification is required for communications systems subject matter expert.
  • •B.S. in engineering (preferred) or four-year degree, or equivalent combination of technical degree and related experience designing building technology systems.
  • •Seven to ten-plus years’ experience designing high-performance technology systems for US Federal Projects and the AEC consulting/engineering industry.
  • •Experience leading a BTS team of consultants to deliver projects from inception to completion.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security clearance; strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
