Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional.
  • •Assist the Assistant Production Manager with backstage hospitality expectations and division-wide goals.
  • •Complete pre-tour walkthroughs with checklists to ready backstage areas and notate any damage.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to company practice and policy, serving as the backstage brand ambassador on show day.
  • •Support show-day tour needs including greeting tours, assigning dressing rooms, coordinating hospitality items and meals, running supplies, checking and tidying the green room, transporting touring personnel, and answering or routing tour questions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to work late and extended hours with a flexible schedule.
  • •Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance, with an exceptional driving record.
  • •Knowledge of touring/stage production and/or event operations and the region to locate restaurants, stores, hotels, the airport, and attractions.
  • •Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications) plus excellent communication, punctuality, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
