•Own complex deployments end-to-end, managing client expectations and preventing scope creep.
•Develop deep expertise in UpGuard capabilities and design/troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems (ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
•Translate ambiguous client needs into actionable technical specifications and redesign legacy vendor risk workflows using UpGuard automation and best practices.
•Build trust with technical and executive stakeholders, and act as a connective tissue between Professional Services, Sales, and Product to feed field insights into the roadmap.

•Consultative stakeholder management with executive sponsors, including pushing back when necessary and guiding customers to best practices.
•Ability to develop deep technical expertise and troubleshoot integrations independently using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems.
