Job Summary

Drive the West Region territory launch and growth for a first-in-class skeletal dysplasia therapy by developing territory business plans, engaging HCPs in compliant discussions, and using sales and target data to identify opportunities. Build relationships with KOLs, partner teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to expand advocacy, maximize customer and family satisfaction, and ensure activities align with regulations and Pharma guidelines while traveling extensively.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting relevant specialists and clinic teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
•Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib and the skeletal dysplasia landscape and engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
•Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
•Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
•Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy while ensuring all activities follow regulations and company policies.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech with 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia; achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease experience is highly preferred.
•BS/BA required; MBA is a plus.
•Willingness to travel extensively.
•Demonstrated product/indication launch experience, including creating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
•Proven account management success analyzing complex accounts and building strategy to deliver measurable impact.
