Job Summary

Own strategic product data management (PDM) initiatives and develop operational and project strategies for HP’s supply chain. Lead cross-functional project teams, structure governance, and independently manage multiple initiatives with stakeholders. Consult business executives on high-level supply chain issues, optimize process capability requirements, and drive improved implementation and adoption. Use benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes, frameworks, and tools—leveraging PDM enterprise applications and PLM tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently develop operational and project strategies in PDM while handling cross-functional topics.
•Own complex strategic supply chain projects and lead supply chain strategy development with key stakeholders.
•Lead large cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals.
•Optimize supply chain solutions by consulting stakeholders and providing input into new process capability requirements.
•Interpret benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes, strategies, and tools for supply chain business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Product Master data management processes and tools, including product lifecycle dates, hierarchy, BOM structure & governance, and planning attributes.
•Typically 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
•Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline.
•Knowledge of enterprise PDM environment tools and systems, including CPQ (config and pricing) and industry-standard PLM tools such as Windchill.
•Ability to network with relevant PDM stakeholders across PS GBU, marketing, planning, procurement, and planning fulfilment.
