Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals by using clienteling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and revenue. Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient handling of purchases and returns, while leveraging mobile POS and social selling tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling; support inventory cycles and keep the sales floor organized.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
