Support strategic initiatives for the Beauty & Fashion teams within TikTok Shop. •Collaborate with the Assortment Team to identify emerging hero products and support their viral success.
•Conduct data analysis and monitor affiliate KPIs to drive improvement initiatives and merchant success.
