Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical roadmap for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, developer tooling, and internal platforms, including build-vs-buy strategy and adoption of standards.
  • •Design, operate, and scale controlled environments aligned to NIST 800-171, CMMC, and ITAR; drive cost efficiency, observability, and reliability targets.
  • •Own end-to-end developer experience and build CI/CD pipelines supporting embedded/robotics/cloud workloads, including instrumentation to reduce bottlenecks.
  • •Partner with teams to scale automated test infrastructure (including HIL benches and containerized test racks) and telemetry/field-log data infrastructure.
  • •Hire, grow, and lead the DevOps/platform/infrastructure team and establish a blameless operational culture with clear ownership and sustainable on-call.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering experience, including 3+ years leading and growing engineering teams.
  • •B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • •Production experience with Kubernetes and container-based workloads, including operating clusters.
  • •Proven ownership of CI/CD systems at organizational scale, with measurable improvements to build/test/release cycle time.
