Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and ensure adherence to beverage recipes and resort standards, monitoring drink quality throughout the shift
•Manage stock, inventory, and bar supplies, including end-of-evening stock orders
•Lead the bar team, ensuring accurate and speedy service to guests and maintaining an energetic, welcoming atmosphere
•Prepare and mix drinks according to standardized recipes while maintaining cleanliness and safety of bar area
•Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager to drive guest satisfaction and hotel profitability

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment
•Strong knowledge of beverage service standards and mixology basics
•Excellent English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage
•Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse, high-profile clientele
•Ability to lead a bar team, oversee beverage preparation, bar operations, and service quality
