Own the program and process layer for the marketing organization, building the operating rhythm, OKR planning, and cross-functional execution cadence. Lead complex, cross-department programs from kickoff to launch across demand generation, product marketing, brand/content, field and ABM. Maintain program health (dependencies, risks, blockers), drive adoption of playbooks, and embed AI-enabled workflows and lightweight tools to reduce manual work and increase execution speed.

Key Responsibilities

•Run the marketing operating rhythm, including weekly priorities, monthly business reviews, and quarterly/annual planning across demand gen, product marketing, brand/content, field/ABM, and marketing ops.
•Drive OKR and goal planning by translating annual targets into quarterly plans and tracking progress so planning becomes execution.
•Lead complex cross-functional programs from kickoff to launch, including product/brand launches, integrated campaigns, pipeline programs, ABM motions, and repositioning across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance.
•Maintain program health by tracking dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions; surface conflicts early and drive teams to real decisions.
•Build AI into core marketing workflows by creating agents, templates, and lightweight tools that cut manual work across briefing, content QA, launch coordination, reporting, and process QA.

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years in technical program management, marketing operations, business operations, strategy and operations, or a similar operator role, owning complex cross-functional programs from kickoff to launch.
•Experience running an operating rhythm for a team (weekly priorities, business reviews, quarterly and annual planning) with the meeting architecture to keep it on track.
•Experience owning OKR and goal planning and ensuring plans translate into execution.
•Experience managing scope, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and decisions across teams and driving conflicts to resolution.
•Hands-on AI fluency: using AI tools daily and building agentic workflows or lightweight internal tools to systematize manual processes.
