Key Responsibilities

  • •Support management and operation of the anti-counterfeiting and enforcement programme in EMEA and LATAM, including criminal, administrative, and civil legal procedures.
  • •Supervise and manage outside counsel and investigators across multiple countries and ensure an integrated approach to worldwide IP enforcement.
  • •Assist with content protection initiatives, including supervising civil litigation and criminal prosecutions against piracy services and related infrastructure.
  • •Support incident response efforts for content leaks and unauthorised disclosure in EMEA and LATAM, coordinating with cyber and security teams.
  • •Provide practical legal advice and draft briefing materials and legal documentation (e.g., cease and desist letters, affidavits/declarations, agreements, powers of attorney, and chain-of-title documents).

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified to practice law in the UK with NQ–2 years PQE, following a law degree from an accredited law school.
  • •Spanish working proficiency (additional language is a nice to have).
  • •Demonstrate diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills, with clear, concise, persuasive communication to both lawyers and non-lawyers.
  • •Experience adapting and analysing legal issues arising from new technologies.
  • •Experience handling confidential and sensitive material.
