Sales Supervisor

Lead sales efforts in-store to consistently meet and exceed sales goals, inspire associates, and maximize customer retention through strong engagement. Drive an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset, maintain exceptional NPS results, and act as a brand ambassador. Oversee inventory accuracy and controls, monitor key fulfillment and inventory metrics, support loss prevention, and help train and onboard staff while supporting store operations and merchandising standards.
