Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site IT support for the San Francisco office, resolving hardware, account, and access issues via in-person support and the ticket queue.
  • •Administer and evolve core SaaS tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion) and manage employee identity lifecycle through Okta.
  • •Configure and maintain SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations for new SaaS applications.
  • •Own Mac endpoint management with Rippling MDM, including configuration policies, patching, and compliance enforcement.
