Key Responsibilities

•Architect, configure, and maintain worldwide Voice, Video, and Chat infrastructure (physical and virtual).
•Install operating system and security patches and ensure security compliance of UC infrastructure.
•Assess vulnerabilities and maintain security compliance of Voice, Video, and Chat infrastructure.
•Provide support for customer outages, regardless of scale and impact.
•Serve as support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians across all communication platforms
