Key Responsibilities

  • •Review corporate services and marketing & events contracts with Legal and sourcing leads to ensure alignment with business needs and risk frameworks.
  • •Create RFP/RFI materials and support vendor negotiations for non-technology services.
  • •Review, summarize, and analyze procurement data; present findings and execute/distribute procurement spend reports on monthly or quarterly schedules.
  • •Build and communicate critical procurement metrics reports (e.g., cost savings, procurement influence, payment terms) based on defined lists.
  • •Maintain procurement tools and system configurations, support analytics/reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT for procurement system management and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or finance/accounting or equivalent.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, including contracts review with finance data analysis.
  • •Strong ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • •Strong data analytics and report-building skills.
  • •Experience with procurement/analytics tools such as Workday Procurement, Omnea, Coupa, NetSuite, Tableau, and CLM (or similar).
