Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment for pandamart store operations personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
  • •Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies to improve recruitment efficiency across multiple channels/platforms.
