Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and flux analyses.
  • •Manage day-to-day accounts payable and spend operations using Ramp, including bill processing and vendor management.
  • •Handle government and commercial customer billing (WAWF/PIEE), AR, and collections.
  • •Maintain fixed asset subledger, CIP, depreciation, and project accounting structures; support migration from QuickBooks Online to Campfire.
  • •Support annual financial audit and indirect cost submissions, while helping scale finance processes as the company grows.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
