Support retail mortgage loan originators by bridging borrowers, realtors, and internal operations to keep the loan process moving. Own pipeline execution including desktop underwriting (DU), file stacking for submission, condition tracking, and front-end intake scheduling. Maintain data integrity in Encompass and Salesforce, analyze credit and documentation, resolve file issues with MLOs and underwriters, and ensure audit-ready compliance with RESPA/TILA.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive retention and new-to-bank growth through client and center-of-influence relationships.
•Pull and analyze credit reports and income/asset documentation to assist in determining optimal loan structure.
•Run Desktop Underwriter (DU), stack files for submission, and request/clear underwriting conditions to support on-time closings.
•Serve as primary point of contact for borrowers and realtors, providing status updates and maintaining a white-glove experience.
•Track document requests and review files for discrepancies within 24 hours, collaborating with MLOs and underwriters to resolve documentation gaps while maintaining compliance with RESPA/TILA.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.2 - 51 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of professional office experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the mortgage or banking industry.
•Proven ability to manage client relationships and execute marketing initiatives for retention and lead generation.
•General fluency in FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines.
•Previous experience with Encompass LOS (or similar mortgage software) and proficiency in Google Workspace.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high-volume pipeline.
