•Own P&L and provide monthly revenue forecasting while driving service agreement base growth and repairs/installation/service turnkey growth in partnership with sales.
•Manage budget control responsibilities, including overhead expenses for fleet, uniforms, tools, and safety equipment.
•Mitigate risk across service agreements, service turnkey work, and repairs.
•Oversee service coordination to respond efficiently to customers, balance technician training/skills, and coordinate emergency repair, maintenance contracts, scheduled work, upgrades, installations, and long-term service agreements.
•Attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop service employees, ensuring EHS compliance and creating/improving processes that support margin, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.

Salary: USD 108,236.66 - 151,479.99 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in HVAC or a related field, including technical systems/equipment or skilled trades.
•3+ years of experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules.
•Project management skills to oversee successful execution of startup and customer requests.
•Proficiency with Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations, including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple infractions in the prior 3 years.
