Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide controls systems hardware and application software hands-on support for DCS, ESD, and F&G/ICSS projects.
  • •Work with project leadership to understand customer project specifications, RFQ, and architecture; perform detail engineering and system architecture/BOM activities.
  • •Execute system testing activities including factory acceptance testing (FAT), site commissioning, system cut-overs, and loop checking.
  • •Read and interpret P&IDs, control narratives, and logic diagrams; use templates/standards effectively for complex loops.
  • •Support site execution activities such as installation supervision, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover, and compliance with quality/safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with DCS and/or Safety PLC/PLC, preferably on Honeywell systems, including detail engineering, testing, and commissioning.
  • •Experience with third-party system interfaces such as Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E), ProfiNet, Profibus, or similar.
  • •Networking knowledge including TCP/IP protocols and switch/router configuration.
  • •Comfort working with control-node virtualization (added advantage).
  • •Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
