Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the go-to-market launch operating model for high-stakes minor and major releases, using AI agents to improve discovery, adoption, and customer experience.
  • •Run a concurrent portfolio of PTM-dependent initiatives with clear owners, dates, risks, and tradeoffs; provide context for leadership decisions.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product Management and Product Design through Growth Marketing, Comms & Social, and Field Enablement.
  • •Convert recurring coordination into shared, production AI workflows; partner with the Marketing AI Transformation Owner for adoption and governance.
  • •Institutionalize launch frameworks and portfolio practices (including dependency mapping), measure impact by pipeline and customer outcomes, and run retrospectives to improve each cycle.
