Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Tallo’s engineering and technology organization, taking over and evolving the engineering team structure and culture.
  • •Set technical direction and evolve platform architecture and standards, ensuring solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and sound.
  • •Own engineering practices including sprint cadence, code review standards, release process, and QA standards to ensure reliability.
  • •Partner with Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to translate strategy into execution, including roadmap priorities, sequencing, and blocker resolution.
  • •Evaluate and guide AI/ML use cases, tooling, and infrastructure decisions to create real product value and scale responsibly.

  • •Deep experience in software engineering and senior leadership of multi-team organizations.
