Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, investigate and remediate Fraud, Waste & Abuse in health claims submitted by health service providers and health customers in Oman.
  • •Represent the Global Claims Fraud Framework to colleagues, customers, and network providers.
  • •Ensure Fraud, Waste & Abuse activities are captured and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Global Claims Function to strengthen fraud detection and prevention across claims processes.
  • •Communicate findings and remediation actions clearly to relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in medical field, Business Administration, Insurance or related field; legally allowed to work in Oman
  • •At least 2 years experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally in clinical, paramedical, or health insurance role; comfortable with preparing data using Excel or similar tools
  • •Excellent level of Arabic and English (written, spoken, listening); able to communicate at all levels of an organization
  • •Proven ability to communicate professionally across organizational levels
  • •Experience with data preparation and analysis using Excel or similar data tools
