Job Summary

Own day-to-day management of multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts, driving marketplace growth, profitability, and operational excellence across brands. You’ll manage FBA fulfillment, optimize storefronts and product catalogs, run and improve Amazon Ads campaigns using KPIs like TACOS, and analyze GMS and performance trends. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and external partners to implement data-driven recommendations that increase conversions and ROI.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts and manage account health metrics (GMS, profitability, availability, growth).
•Manage FBA fulfillment processes and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining operational accuracy.
•Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns to drive sales and profitable ROI using Amazon KPIs like TACOS.
•Optimize product catalogs and listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, imagery) to improve SEO, discoverability, and conversion.
•Track and report performance metrics and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve marketplace performance and growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,200 - 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
•Experience running your own Amazon store or managing Amazon stores for other brands.
•Experience managing FBA fulfillment processes and logistics.
•Proven experience with Amazon Ads (campaign setup, optimization, and performance management).
•Experience with keyword research and optimizing targeting strategies, catalogs, and product listings for SEO and conversion.
