Director - Safety

Lead and direct the development, planning, management, and auditing of effective Safety Management systems across EGA sites to achieve “zero harm.” Own safety and governance strategy, establish KPIs, manage safety programs, oversee incident investigations, and conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits. Provide guidance to EGA leadership and site teams, ensure compliance with legislation and international standards, and lead safety training and reporting across local and international operations.
