Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a conducive learning climate and set clear teaching and learning objectives and targets based on prior attainment.
  • •Differentiate for SEN (POD), EAL and G&T students to meet learner needs and ensure pace, challenge, and engagement.
  • •Use assessment for learning and performance data to plan differentiated lessons and improve teaching.
  • •Maintain discipline and support punctuality, behaviour standards, work, and homework in line with the Behaviour for Learning Policy.
  • •Produce and review curriculum plans/schemes of work, meet parents, attend events, and collaborate with relevant professionals when required.

Key Requirements
