Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including noting dietary restrictions and special requests.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner and ensure accuracy in delivery and presentation.
  • •Check back with guests, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of restaurant menu offerings to describe dishes and make recommendations.
