Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the EH&S program to reduce accidents and injuries while ensuring compliance with federal, state, corporate, and international policies.
  • •Act as the authority for EH&S, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene; coach leadership on safe behaviors and techniques to improve safety culture.
  • •Develop, implement, and ensure EH&S training is maintained across required areas.
  • •Complete job hazard/safety analyses and lead near miss and accident investigation processes with root-cause analysis and corrective actions communicated within 48 hours.
  • •Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs, manage EH&S software systems for regulatory compliance, and submit state and federal EH&S reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health science, or similar.
  • •3–5 years professional experience, or 5–10 years professional experience, in occupational safety or environmental roles.
  • •Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations and reporting.
  • •Experience leading safety events and driving safety improvements with leadership and on the shop floor.
  • •OSHA 30 General Industry and related environmental/occupational safety certifications preferred (not required).
