Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program for identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring compliance risk.
  • •Perform anti-financial crime EWRA at least annually, using AI/GenAI where appropriate to accelerate horizon scanning, typology research, regulatory change analysis, and first-draft narrative production.
  • •Lead risk assessment of additional financial crime segments not yet integrated into the AFC EWRA program (e.g., anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, transaction monitoring, market abuse).
  • •Liaise with Business Unit Compliance teams and participate in product risk assessments for new, changing, or existing products; document and maintain control inventories.
  • •Produce management information/metrics and monitor/report risk appetite setting KRIs to recommend actions when risk levels are outside appetite.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business management, finance, or economics.
  • •Advanced professional risk certificate is preferred (e.g., CAMS-RM).
  • •5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services environment, with crypto experience preferred.
  • •2+ years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
  • •Practical AI/GenAI literacy (prompt engineering, tool selection, output validation) and familiarity with AI governance/Responsible AI principles in compliance and risk workflows.
