Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor core KPIs across customers, segments, and systems to identify unexpected drops, spikes, and anomalies.
  • •Investigate root causes of performance issues from data problems, operational breakdowns, or product changes.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitors to detect early signs of degradation in revenue recapture outcomes.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product to debug technical issues, flag workflow breakdowns, and validate system behavior.
  • •Maintain business health checks and create documentation/playbooks to improve response times and proactive quality practices.
