Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with HR leadership and the Board compensation committee to design, implement, communicate, and administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally.
  • •Establish and refine Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, including budgeting, policies, and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive rewards worldwide.
  • •Oversee compensation and pay-for-performance programs, including base pay, bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, promotions, and executive compensation planning cycles.
  • •Drive enterprise-wide benefits strategy and compliance, partnering with vendors and managing service negotiations and plan documentation.
  • •Lead Total Rewards leadership by mentoring and developing the team, advising senior leadership and the Board, and supporting M&A compensation and benefits integration.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience, including executive compensation in a publicly traded company.
  • •Experience supporting Board Compensation Committees and working with board-level stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation structures (base pay, STIP, LTIP) and benefits programs.
  • •Familiarity with SEC regulations, proxy disclosures, and CD&A reporting, plus regulatory knowledge including SEC, SOX, ERISA, HIPAA, and international labor laws.
  • •Ability to use modern HR tech stacks, including SAP SuccessFactors, and translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
